How to create a folder with your "favourites"

Placing maps you use most often into your "favourites" folder makes it quick & easy to add them to notices. To do this click the "Maps" tab in the Funeral Directors Area:

In the "Maps" section you can:

- see what maps are available.

- add your own maps (if these are not already available).

- place maps into your "favourites" folder for speedy access.

Here we will look at placing maps into your "favourites" folder.

Other topics are covered in separate help tabs.

Most funeral directors tend to use the same churches & cemeteries all the time and these are often located in the nearby area, so a good place to start building your collection of "favourite" maps is in your own home county.

To do this, in the "Maps" section of  the Funeral Directors Area, simply select your county from the dropdown menu.

Scroll down through the list of churches and where you see one that you frequently use, simply click "To Favourites".

You can remove maps from or add maps to "favourites" at any time.

To see which maps are in your favourites, click "Favourite Maps" button, shown.

Once a map has been placed in "Favourites" it will show as "in favourites"

To see which maps are in your "Favourites" folder click "Favourite Maps" button:

You can then 'prioritise" your maps, by moving those you use most often to the top of the list, making it even easier to add maps to your notices.

Do this using the "Up/Down/Remove" button.

Click + to move your map up the list.

Click -  to move your map down the list.

Click "delete" to remove that map from "favourites" and place it back in the general list of maps.
