How do I add map to a death notice?

You can add a church map to notices you publish on RIP.ie.

This can be done as you are publishing the notice or after it has been published.

Click the "Add Death Notice" button in the usual way.

Complete all the fields with information about the deceased to form the notice.

Near the bottom of the page click the "add church/cemetery map" button.

Select the "Map Category" or denomination e.g. Roman Catholic, CoI etc.

By default, maps for the primary “county” you selected as the deceased’s address are shown, in this case Carlow, making it easy for you to select the map you are looking for from the location dropdown menu (as shown below).

Once selected, this map will display beneath the notice.

Should you need to add a second map, simply click the “Add a church / cemetery map” button again and select from the dropdown menu in the same way.

If you make a mistake or need to remove a map, click the “Remove” button.
